How Much Does the Fast Charging Adapter Cost?
Ford is showing appreciation to its electric vehicle (EV) customers by offering a complimentary Fast Charging Adapter to both new and existing members of the BlueOval Charge Network. This adapter unlocks the power of the recently upgraded Tesla Supercharger network for Ford EV drivers. This adapter is a temporary solution until Ford transitions to the NACS charging standard, eliminating the need for adapters and providing a smoother charging experience for future Ford EVs.
The BlueOval Charging Network Just Got Even Bigger!
A recent Cox Automotive study underscores the critical role of charging infrastructure in electric vehicle adoption. By integrating access to Tesla’s expansive Supercharger network, Ford directly addresses a significant customer concern, making EVs a more compelling choice. This collaboration significantly expands the BlueOval Charge Network, boasting over 126,000 chargers, including more than 28,000 fast chargers, with the network growing weekly.
Where Can I Find a Tesla Charging Station for My Ford EV?
Finding charging stations, including Tesla Superchargers, remains a breeze for Ford EV drivers. Utilize the familiar FordPass App or the in-vehicle touchscreen’s Charge Assist app (soon to be renamed “Public Charge”).
