Very efficient and extremely polite people they pick up my car on time. Let me know when it’s being delivered back always goes over what they’ve done and what needs to be done and approximately the cost of any repairs.
The truck we bought was competitively priced and the sales staff was very nice, Don Casteel. The GM, Mike B. is the reason I would not go back to this dealership. We were in $500 of agreement to purchase, he denied meeting us halfway or even providing a 2nd key fob when we asked, it was just a hard no! My wife and I bought a 2024 Jeep Wagoneer from the here. We were happy with the experience until we were getting ready to leave and found out the vehicle came with only one key, we were then told they order on on them. A week later I call to inquire about the key only to be told it would be replaced if we had bought the extended warranty and waited a couple months to turn it in on that. Long overdue leaving this review- I was in an emergency situation, my f 150 needed some major repairs before I could drive myself and my trailer out of the state. Best experience I have ever had. They not only fixed my problem correctly the first time, but also gave me a general checkup of my vehicles health and recommended future maintenences. In preparing for a lengthy trip we found that the windows would not roll up or down in our Ford edge and our control panel for heating and air etc had gone haywire. In a panic I called Don Vance and Zoe worked us in quickly and had everything repaired and us back on the road! What a relief and such great service-quick and complete! Got home 10 miles away and the check engine light was on. Number 5 cylinder code comes up. We were told that there was nothing wrong with it. The Service manager asked the mechanic what all had been done to it. Said they put brakes on it and charged the oil. That it was a good van. We are local people and trusted Don Vance Ford. Shame on you.

My salesman was Joseph Chastain, and he did a great job. We texted a few days before I came in because I was considering trading cars. When I arrived, Joseph had the car I was wanting to see, all ready for me. He was very helpful and accommodating and easy to talk to. I love my new Ford Escape.

Of the 20 brand new Fords I have purchased in my life, this experience and been the easiest and most honest interaction with the salesman and sales manager. They offered me a great deal. I went to another dealership in Springfield to shop, only to find out the Don Vance Ford really did offer me a great deal. I would recommend others to visit them first when shopping for a new Ford.

I purchased my 24 Ranger Lariat from Don Vance. The salesman was polite and personable. I was somewhat indecisive about what I wanted. He took the time to help me find the right vehicle for me. I have ordered Ford Accessories and had them delivered to Don Vance. The Parts department helped me unbox and install the floor mats so i didn't have the boxes. I have used service for general maintenance on my Mustang and the Ranger as well as recall work. They go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied each time.
The Salesman Dennis was amazing! He found exactly what we wanted. He knows and understands the products. We met a Maintenance tech who answered all of our questions.
