I was searching online for a Bronco Base 2dr and came across Don Vance. Dennis (Sales) was quick to send me additional information when requested. Due to a recall I was unable to take possession for a few short weeks but everything including price, trade and financing, was handled prior to my arrival at the dealership.

Shout out to Don Vance Ford in Marshfield, MO for quickly diagnosing our problem. Bought a 2023 Ford F150 from Thompsons in Springfield, drove it 1 day, now its in the shop for 2 weeks. Thompsons wasnt interested, Don Vance got it right in, diagnosed it within 2 days and will be getting the Major problem fixed for us. Needs wheel bearing, and rear differential overhaul. Dakota has been very nice, respectful, and seems to truly care and want to help us out. We appreciate that more than you know!

The truck we bought was competitively priced and the sales staff was very nice, Don Casteel. The GM, Mike B. is the reason I would not go back to this dealership. We were in $500 of agreement to purchase, he denied meeting us halfway or even providing a 2nd key fob when we asked, it was just a hard no!
